General Toxicology

The general toxicology team of BOC Sciences will provide global customers with all the resources needed for research programs, design and conduct general toxicology research experiments in the fields of drugs, food, and chemicals, involving the toxicology of small molecule drugs, biopharmaceuticals, and vaccines Research.

The general toxicology test is to study the toxic effects of chemical substances on animals in a certain dose range after different exposure periods. General toxicology testing is an important part of chemical safety assessment and risk assessment. It can determine the relationship between different dosage levels and adverse reactions, and determine whether any potential target organs or functions may be affected.

Type of Toxic Action:

    • Classified according to the time of toxic action: acute toxic action, chronic toxic action, delayed toxic action, and remote toxic action.
    • Classified according to the site of toxic action: local toxic action, systemic toxic action.
    • According to the recovery status of toxic damage, it is classified into: reversible toxic action and irreversible toxic action.
    • Classification according to toxic properties: general toxic action, special toxic action.

Our Advantages

  • Professional and responsible toxicology team
  • Individualized Study Design
  • Oriented to customer needs
  • Timely and accurate tracking report

Service Scope

BOC Sciences can design or customize a comprehensive general toxicology test program according to the needs of customers. The trial protocol complied with relevant guidelines. Using rodents and non-rodents as the test system, using different routes of administration, conduct safety evaluations in compliance with GLP requirements, and provide evaluation reports. The project leader and related personnel have accumulated rich years of practical experience in general toxicity testing.
